We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal notice and explain the next steps for returning the goods and receiving your refund. For refund timing and method, see /legal/refund-policy.
Electronic withdrawal
Updated: 13 October 2026. You can withdraw even before delivery using “Withdraw from contract”, available in the footer of every page. Enter your name, order number or other clear contract reference, and an email address for your acknowledgement. Review your details, then submit using “Confirm withdrawal”. No reason or account is required. An email acknowledgement includes your declaration and the date and time of receipt.
For an order delivered in separate items, the 14-day period begins on receipt of the last item. You then have a further 14 days after declaring withdrawal to send the goods back. No flat restocking fee applies. Statutory exceptions and legally permitted liability for diminished value remain unaffected. Email and post remain available withdrawal methods.
